Pricing questions, answered
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime in the billing portal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, your account moves to Free.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are non-refundable by default, and that includes partial months. We may give a refund at our discretion, so contact us if something went wrong.
What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrades take effect right away, and you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the month. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Downgrading never deletes anything. If you have more content than the new plan allows, we keep all of it, but some of it will be limited until you're back under the limit or upgrade again.
What counts as a player?
A player is anyone who joins one of your live games from their phone. Your plan's player number is the most people who can be in a single live game at once. Players never need an account.
How do payment and taxes work?
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout, and promo codes may apply. If a payment fails, we retry it, and if it still doesn't go through, your account moves to Free. If prices ever change, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change.
